Suitsupply in Geneva is preparing to open a new store in July 2027. We seek an experienced Store Manager who will lead a large team, drive sales, and ensure superb customer experiences consistent with our brand standards.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining best practices, and identifying opportunities to improve store operations. Expect a dynamic, fashion-focused environment with opportunities to travel between stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading a top volume store with 50+ employees.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Eye for style and proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop store team to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop gold standard team.
• Set weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
• Maintain highest level of customer service to maximize sales and create a personal customer experience.
• Recruit top talent and source for talent in the market.
• Own store P&L and manage budgets (salary, expenses, inventory).
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations per company standards.
• Coordinate with store support departments to optimize resources.
• Work with HR on policies and development planning for the team.
