Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in retail management.
• Store Manager, Deputy Manager or similar experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to engage a team around objectives.
• Excellent customer focus and result orientation.
• Ability to analyze sales, KPIs and priorities.
• Organized, proactive and decisive.
• Experienced with retail processes and management tools.

• Implement concrete actions to improve results and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards and Zara Home brand image.
• Optimize product presentation according to trends, commercial priorities and product rotation.
• Work closely with merchandising and commercial teams.
• Supervise deliveries, stock management, replenishment and inventories.
• Ensure a smooth and professional cash desk operation.
• Apply HR procedures, safety standards and internal company guidelines.
