Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a retail management position.
• Experience as a Store Manager, Deputy Manager or similar position is a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to engage a team around shared objectives.
• Strong customer focus, commercial mindset and result orientation.
• Ability to analyze sales, KPIs and commercial priorities.
• Organized, reactive and able to make decisions quickly.
• Confident using management tools and retail processes.
• Strong interest in home decoration, design, lifestyle and product presentation.
• Ability to bring the Zara Home brand image to life through the store and customer experience.
• Very good level of German required.

• Implement concrete actions to improve results and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards and Zara Home brand image.
• Optimize product presentation according to trends, commercial priorities and product rotation.
• Work closely with merchandising and commercial teams.
• Supervise deliveries, stock management, replenishment and inventories.
• Ensure a smooth and professional cash desk operation.
• Apply HR procedures, safety standards and internal company guidelines.
