Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Store Manager for the St. Gallen boutique to lead IQOS Experts and drive a premium consumer experience.

You will oversee daily operations, stock, store presentation, and POS activities while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Fluency in German and English is required, with a service-oriented leadership style and experience in consumer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service environment.
• Proven track record leading or coordinating teams.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IQOS Experts to deliver exceptional service.
• Promote a consumer-first culture through consultations, troubleshooting, post-purchase support and clienteling.
• Manage daily boutique operations, including stock, store presentation, product availability, POS activities and retail processes.
• Act as the main escalation point for consumer and team-related issues.
• Maintain a welcoming environment aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consumer experience.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and development of IQOS Experts.
• Act as Sr Store Manager when required.
• Support the implementation of the “Delight the Consumer” strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective store operations.
