Job summary

BOGGI Milano is seeking a Store Manager in Switzerland to lead a retail team on the sales floor, driving target attainment and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will coach staff, maintain brand standards and translate KPI insights into concrete actions to boost store performance.

The role requires at least five years in premium fashion retail and two years of team leadership, with strong English and French language skills.

The Store Manager at BOGGI Milano, both directly and through their team, builds strong relationships with clients and translates the brand’s vision and commercial objectives into tangible results every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team directly on the sales floor, driving the achievement of expected sales targets;
• Act as a key driver of team development by providing clear feedback, on-the-job coaching, recognition and continuous motivation through an empathetic approach and effective communication;
• Welcome, engage and build relationships with clients, providing, through active listening, a consultative sales approach consistent with BOGGI Milano’s brand positioning;
• Transfer to the team the methodology required to turn the analysis of key KPIs into concrete corrective actions aimed at improving store performance;
• Turn every client interaction into an excellent customer experience through targeted storytelling, in-depth product knowledge and a sales approach designed to best meet each client’s needs;
• Manage time and daily priorities effectively, leading the team with confidence and authority when dealing with unexpected situations, while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.

Who You Are

• You have at least five years of sales experience in the premium fashion/menswear sector and have been leading a retail team for at least two years;
• You are able to observe, lead, motivate and develop people with confidence and authority, while always being willing to lead by example;
• You have a good command of English and French; additional languages will be considered a plus.
