BOGGI MILANO in Geneva is seeking a detail-oriented retail operations assistant to manage the cash register, invoicing, payments and Tax Free processes, while supporting omnichannel sales activities with Click & Collect and Seek & Send.

You will collaborate with Sales Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintain organized back-office records, and handle daily tasks efficiently in a fast-paced premium fashion environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail back-office/operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills and experience with management systems.
• Good command of French and English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Accurately manage cash register, invoicing, payments, and Tax Free.
• Lead omnichannel sales activities (Click & Collect, Seek & Send).
• Provide customer service support.
• Collaborate with Sales Advisors to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain balanced, proactive attitude and efficient time management.
• Prioritize daily tasks effectively.
