Job summary

Marionnaud Group in Switzerland is seeking a Potential Store Manager / Store Manager for our Freiburg store. You will coordinate store operations and lead staff to meet budgets and KPIs.

You will drive product sales by advising customers, managing cash transactions, and ensuring policy compliance. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, experience in retail, and a passion for beauty.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to four years of experience in retail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a predisposition to assisted sales.
• Flexibility, motivation and knowledge of the main KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities that guarantee correct store management and staffing in alignment with budget and KPIs.

For our store, we are looking for a Potential store Manager / Store Manager.

• Coordinate all the activities that guarantee the correct management of the store and the staff assigned, in compliance with and in achieving the assigned budget and the KPIs required by the company.
• Promote the sale of products by taking care of the customer, advising the latter to purchase the most appropriate product (also through flash tests), and ensuring their loyalty.
• Carry out cash transactions and payments.
• Guarantee the application and compliance with company procedures and commercial policies.

Minimum experience of three / four years in the job is required.

The ideal profile has a passion for the sector, excellent interpersonal skills and a predisposition to assisted sales.

Flexibility, motivation and knowledge of the main KPI's complete the profile.

Willingness to work Full - Time is essential. The type of placement will be established in relation to the experience and the current working situation.
