Job summary

Marionnaud Group in Milan is looking for a Beauty Consultant to join the sales team. You will engage customers, advise on the best products, and help build loyalty while delivering exceptional service.

The role reports to the Store Manager; you'll handle cash transactions, restock shelves, assist colleagues, and participate in promotions. Minimum experience of one to two years in retail and a passion for the beauty world are required.

For Our Store In Milan, We Are Looking For a Beauty Consultant. The Resource Inserted Within The Sales Team Will Report Directly To The Store Manager And Will Take Care Of

• Promote the sale of products by taking care of the customer, advising the latter to purchase the most appropriate product (also through flash tests), and ensuring their loyalty.
• carry out cash transactions and payments.
• support to other sellers, restocking and reordering.

Minimum experience of one / two years in the job is required.

The ideal profile has a passion for the sector, excellent interpersonal skills and predisposition to assisted sales.

Flexibility, motivation and passion complete the profile.
