Marionnaud Group in Milan seeks a Beauty Consultant to join our sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will advise on products, perform cash transactions, and support restocking and team coordination.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in beauty or retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for assisting customers with tailored recommendations. This role requires flexibility and motivation and offers a dynamic store environment.

For Our Store In Milan, We Are Looking For a Beauty Consultant. The Resource Inserted Within The Sales Team Will Report Directly To The Store Manager And Will Take Care Of

• Promote the sale of products by taking care of the customer, advising the latter to purchase the most appropriate product (also through flash tests), and ensuring their loyalty.
• carry out cash transactions and payments.
• support to other sellers, restocking and reordering.
