Job summary

The Marionnaud Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant for our Milan store. You will be part of the sales team, helping customers find the right beauty products and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role involves assisting with cash transactions, stock replenishment, and supporting fellow sales staff to drive product sales and loyalty. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail experience and a genuine passion for beauty.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of one/two years in the job is required.
• Ideal profile has a passion for the sector, excellent interpersonal skills and predisposition to assisted sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of products by taking care of the customer, advising the latter to purchase the most appropriate product (also through flash tests), and ensuring customer loyalty.

For Our Store In Milan, We Are Looking For a Beauty Consultant. The Resource Inserted Within The Sales Team Will Report Directly To The Store Manager And Will Take Care Of
