Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer in Geneva to bridge engineering and client teams, delivering innovative solutions and implementations. You will guide requirements, roadmaps, and system design while leading installation and integration of client solutions.

You will maintain strong customer relationships, deliver advanced services, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to partners and customers, leveraging virtualization, DevOps and IT frameworks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years' experience in integrating products in complex environments (financial a plus).
• Experience as Technical Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer.
• Experience in IT environment and frameworks (virtualization, VDI, backup, application management).
• Excellent knowledge of modern DevOps tooling (Linux, Kubernetes).
• Excellent knowledge in deployment (complex solutions).
• Good knowledge in SQL and Software Development.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Solutions Engineer you are the link between Engineer and client's technical teams. You provide solutions, deliver implementations and offer high quality services. Moreover, you define requirements, solutions, develop roadmaps, improve systems architectures and design features. You are also in charge of deliver technology services, lead the planning, installation and integration of our client solutions. You deliver advanced services, you maintain and support overall relationships with customers. In addition, you ensure the knowledge transfer to partners and customers.

Profile:

• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years' experience in integrating products in complex environment (Financial, a plus)
• Experience as Technical Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer (or equivalent)
• Experience in IT environment and frameworks (virtualization, VDI, backup, application management)
