Energy equipment engineering is seeking a leader to drive the delivery of new product introduction programs for steam turbines, owning integration of components into turbine modules and ensuring overall product quality.

You will lead a global team of program managers and engineers, interface with product management, ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and mentor subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Significant turbomachinery or steam turbine engineering experience.
• Experience leading indirect or direct teams.
• Proficiency in English; German/ French/ Spanish/ Polish preferred.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Significant experience in turbomachinery or steam turbine engineering
• Experience leading indirect or direct teams
• Strong customer focus with Safety, Quality, Delivery Time, Cost orientation
• Experience leading teams of technical professionals and sub-contractors in a global organization
• Proficiency in English
• Second language such as German, French, Spanish or Polish preferred
