Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a senior NPI delivery leader to guide major product and technology developments for steam turbines within a global team. You will own integration, quality, and collaboration across product management, engineering, and supply chain.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong customer focus, and the ability to drive R&D programs from concept through product ramp, while aligning with GE’s lean and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 10+ yrs. experience in turbomachinery or steam turbine engineering.
• Min. 2 yrs. experience in leadership; indirect or direct teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a strong team of NPI program managers, engineering employees, and contingent workers in a global team.
• Fulfill People Leader responsibilities including hiring and developing employees and managing budgets.
• Act as primary interface in Steam Turbine Engineering to Product, Platform and Program Management.
• Own the integration of components into steam turbine modules and sellable product offerings.
• Ensure overall steam turbine product quality in terms of operability and performance.
