• Support NPI development for nuclear upgrade designs.
• Define technology roadmaps to enhance value and productivity.
• Represent GE Vernova’s expertise to customers and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members to retain core technical knowledge.
• Drive innovation while simplifying to modular products.
• Ensure design standards meet business requirements and evolve.
• Drive productivity improvements in the steam turbine function.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Deploy global standards and lean processes for quality.
