Sie arbeiten eng mit Customer Service, Vertrieb, Finance und Disposition zusammen und optimieren Prozesse, um Datenqualität, Effizienz und Kundenerfahrung zu steigern.

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Salesforce und Google Workspace.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2); Französisch/Englisch/Italienisch von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Stammdatenmanagement: Anlegen von Kunden, Wiederverkäufern und Händlern sowie sorgfältige Verwaltung der Stammdaten in ERP- & CRM-Systemen.
• Vertragsmanagement: Änderungen an Verträgen und Konten zuverlässig durchführen.
• Bestandspflege und Prozessoptimierung: Kundenbestände pflegen; Datenkonsistenz sicherstellen und Prozesse verbessern.
