Job summary

CARBAGAS AG sucht im Standard Operations Team eine engagierte Fachkraft für Stammdaten- und Vertragsmanagement sowie Bestandsführung. Sie arbeiten eng mit Customer Service, Vertrieb, Finance und Disposition zusammen und optimieren Prozesse.

Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, SAP/Salesforce-Gehilfe sowie exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (C2) mit; Französisch/Englisch/Italienisch sind vorteilhaft. Eine abwechslungsreiche Rolle mit Standort Bern bietet Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Salesforce und Google Workspace.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2).
• Französisch, Englisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Austausch mit Schnittstellen.

Responsibilities

• Stammdatenmanagement: Anlegen von Kunden, Wiederverkäufern und Händlern sowie Verwaltung der Stammdaten in ERP/CRM.
• Vertragsmanagement: Änderungen an Verträgen und Konten zuverlässig durchführen.
• Bestandspflege: Bearbeitung und Anpassung von Kundenbeständen auf Anfrage.
• Prozessoptimierung: Datenkonsistenz sicherstellen und Effizienz steigern.

Unterstütze uns bei der Optimierung unserer digitalen Prozesse.

• Stammdatenmanagement: Anlegen von Kunden, Wiederverkäufern und Händlern sowie die sorgfältige Verwaltung der Stammdaten in unseren ERP- und CRM-Systemen.
• Vertragsmanagement: Zuverlässige Durchführung von Änderungen an Verträgen und Konten.
• Bestandspflege: Bearbeitung und Anpassung von Kundenbeständen auf Anfrage.
• Prozessoptimierung: Proaktive Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Datenkonsistenz, zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Profitabilität sowie zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kunden- und Händlererfahrung.
