Zusammenfassung

IonQ, Inc. is seeking a Staff System Architect dedicated to the SNSPD product line, leading the technical architecture and roadmap for a next-generation cryogenic detector platform.

You will ensure architectural coherence across hardware, software, and integration domains while aligning with the long-term product vision and market needs. You will own end-to-end system architecture for the SNSPD platform, translate requirements into system-level designs, and drive trade-offs across performance,

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, photonics, or related field; 7+ years in system architecture.
• Experience with multi-domain systems including photonics, cryogenics, electronics, and embedded/software.
• Strong system-level thinking and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead system architecture, design decisions, and cross-functional alignment to ensure a scalable and high-performing SNSPD platform.
