Zusammenfassung

Sword Group is expanding its technology team with Staff Software Engineer roles focused on backend, scalable, reliable software solutions. You will own significant initiatives from architecture to production, while contributing across the stack when needed.

Collaboration with Product and stakeholders ensures pragmatic technical approaches. You will design cloud-based solutions, manage deployment automation, and optimize relational data systems and event-driven architectures.

Qualifikationen

• Expertise in at least one compiled language; Go preferred.
• Strong scripting/automation experience using Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Ability to work across the stack, with TypeScript-based Angular/React as needed.

Aufgaben

• Own engineering initiatives from problem definition through deployment and production support.
• Design scalable, maintainable backend solutions and contribute to frontend when required.
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to align technical approaches with business needs.
• Build and operate cloud-based solutions with infrastructure management, deployment automation, and CI/CD processes.
• Design and optimize relational data solutions and event-driven architectures, including CDC and messaging.
• Ensure production systems meet reliability, performance, security, testing, and observability standards.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote effective AI-assisted development tools.
