Zusammenfassung

On AG in Zürich is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Product Innovation team to build the next generation of digital platforms powering innovation.

You will own full-stack development with TypeScript, Node.js and React, design scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP/AWS, and lead with Kafka-based event streams while mentoring others. This role sits at the core of our Product R&D efforts in Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience building cloud-native applications in production.
• Hands-on with TypeScript, Node.js, and React in production environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Working with Apache Kafka in production and streaming data.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain cloud-native platforms and web applications using TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Integrate with our event-driven architecture using Kafka.
• Design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP or AWS.
• Write production-quality code across back-end and front-end layers.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to improve reliability and operability.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape architecture and production deployments.
