Zusammenfassung

Astrafy SA is seeking a seasoned Cloud & DevOps expert to join our client’s engineering team in Switzerland. You will help build scalable, secure, automated environments and translate business needs into technical solutions, while contributing to automated service development.

Travel to Switzerland (Geneva) is occasional, and collaboration will span stakeholders across cross-functional teams to deploy data-centric apps using DBT, Airbyte, and Airflow.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Cloud & DevOps experience.
• Hands-on with GCP and AWS.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience deploying data-centric apps like DBT, Airbyte, Airflow.
• Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps with ArgoCD.
• Excellent communication and English; French/Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, map vision & business requirements, and translate them into cloud-based solutions and services.
• Identify opportunities for automation and drive continuous improvement in deployment processes.
• Design and implement automation frameworks and deployment pipelines using cutting-edge tools and technologies.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance deployment practices to drive efficiency and reliability.
• Be autonomous and proactive; understand requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Promote an automate everything approach and apply DevOps best practices to ensure consistent and transparent execution.
• Contribute to the development and creation of automated services.
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to deployment services and DevOps.
