Nexthink is seeking a Staff Java Engineer to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed services in a cloud-native, agile environment. You will help process billions of events, ensure reliability, performance, and system availability, and influence DevOps practices across the platform.

The role requires senior-level Java, strong knowledge of microservices, messaging with Kafka, and cloud experience, with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Java development in SaaS
• Experience with microservices frameworks (Micronaut/Spring)
• Kafka experience strongly valued
• Knowledge of streaming and distributed cache is a plus
• Cloud experience (AWS or other)
• Familiar with unit/integration/E2E tests
• CI/CD and container tooling (Docker/Kubernetes) a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Professional English required

• Build and maintain Nexthink's data platform and data onboarding
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure quality in a fast-paced environment
• Work with architects to design scalable solutions
• Contribute to technology roadmap
• Promote improvements in product, security, quality, and performance

• Handle L3 support with the team
