Ripple is seeking a Staff Partner Engineer in Switzerland to lead complex delivery engagements for global financial clients. You will partner with Product and Engineering to market new features, own cross-functional delivery, and guide customers and partners through architecture and implementation phases.

Your role combines technical leadership with customer-facing program management, enabling real-world use cases in digital asset technology. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of IT/software proven experience.
• Experience delivering software solutions for large orgs and industry groups.
• Strong understanding of network principles in financial services.
• Ability to guide customer/partner software integrations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across network, database, or app layers.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new products to market.
• Manage mid-sized customers and partners independently.
• Act as the functional and technical specialist for customers and Ripple.
• Drive design, deployment, and usage of new solutions.
• Break down objectives, coordinate internal/external resources, track progress.
• Own delivery lifecycle from training to launch support.
• Help customers maximize benefits from implementations.
• Travel to customer/partner sites up to 20-30%.
