Hexagon Robotics seeks a Staff DevOps Engineer to evolve the robotics platform’s CI/CD and observability stack. You will own the end-to-end observability, design dashboards and alerts, and strengthen build systems across AKS and edge hardware.

You will mentor DevOps engineers and help elevate practices across squads in a fast-moving robotics environment. Join a team building next-generation humanoid robotics stack, with a strong focus on reliability, cost discipline, and scalable infrastructure

Qualifikationen

• Experience with production build systems and observability tooling.
• Design dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLI models for engineering teams.
• Harden CI/CD pipelines and build systems for reliability and cost control.

Aufgaben

• Own the observability stack end-to-end (Grafana, Prometheus; broader ecosystem).
• Design dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLI models relied upon by engineers.
• Harden CI/CD reliability at scale; reinforce test pyramids and artifact reuse.
• Contribute to Nix-based build infrastructure, cache topology, and reproducibility.
• Drive engineering effectiveness via DORA/ SPACE metrics and flaky-test dashboards.
• Design and operate a resilient CI cluster for edge hardware.
