Zusammenfassung

Hexagon Robotics is seeking a Senior Staff MLOps & Cloud Platform Engineer to own the architecture of production-grade cloud, MLOps and data infrastructure for robotics R&D teams. You will set the technical direction for scalable data and ML pipelines and work with R&D to deploy ML solutions for humanoid robotics.

As a senior individual contributor, you’ll guide build-versus-buy decisions, cost governance, and governance for data and ML tooling while mentoring engineers to raise platform

Qualifikationen

• MSc/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent, or equivalent depth acquired in practice.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with cloud infrastructure and MLOps.
• Proven track record in production-grade cloud and data infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Own architecture and technical direction of production-grade cloud, MLOps and data infrastructure and core capabilities that enable R&D teams across Hexagon to develop and deploy machine learning solutions for robotics
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines to ingest, process and store real-world and simulated robotics datasets, and facilitate data sharing and usage
• Design and develop scalable and reproducible ML pipelines to train, evaluate and deploy ML models for robotics
• Own the cloud and hybrid foundations underneath: compute and GPU scheduling, storage, networking, identity and access management, observability and cost governance
• Establish and promote engineering and CI/CD best practices for data and ML pipelines, ensuring versioning, modularity, testability and high-quality releases
• Mentor engineers to raise the platform engineering level across teams
