We are searching for the best talent to join our team as a Sr Dir, Global Leader, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) located in Zug, Switzerland.
Purpose:
You will report directly to the Vice President, Integrated Business Management (IBM).
The MedTech Global Leader, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, deploying, and executing the best-in-class IBP processes and capabilities in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, business units and regions. This role is pivotal in driving the continuous improvement of IBP strategy, capabilities, and performance across the J&J MedTech business units and regions representing $30B in sales. This role will lead efforts to enhance cross-functional ownership of IBP thus enabling use as the baseline for financial planning.
