Helen of Troy is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong IT and Finance background to support EMEA operations. The role focuses on Oracle Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Treasury, and more) and integrations with banking, payroll, and tax engines.

You will translate business processes into finance ERP designs, lead workshops, and deliver BRD/FRD artifacts, test scenarios, and training materials. Hybrid work in Bussigny, Switzerland or London, UK.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher with progressive IT/finance experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS in financial systems contexts.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Financials and financial planning tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle Financial Modules, and resolve ERP issues.
• Lead discovery workshops with Finance leaders and translate processes into ERP designs.
• Create BRDs/FRDs, process flows, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Guide functional design and configuration across GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Treasury, and FA modules.
• Advise on COA, ledgers, intercompany rules, and SLA in ERP deployments.
• Collaborate with IT/integration teams for requirements, reporting, and data analysis.
• Manage small-scale projects related to EMEA supply chain operations.
