Helen of Troy in Lausanne is seeking a Supply Planning Intern to support our Supply & Demand Planning team. The internship is a 6-month, full-time position (42 hours per week) based in the EMEA region.

You will assist with shipment information, forecast communications, inventory level checks, and data maintenance while developing weekly planning tools and gaining hands-on experience with world-class brands.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Office applications and strong data entry.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in reporting and data analysis in a professional setting.
• Oracle/ERP systems knowledge is advantageous.

• Support Demand Planning by maintaining shipment information and prioritizing inbound 3PLs.
• Assist in linking forecast changes to supply availability with commercial teams.
• Maintain item master data accuracy and contribute to planning tools.
