About the Role
Our client-a recognized leader in core-banking solutions, named "Best Core-Banking Platform 2024"-is seeking a Splunk Expert to support IT service monitoring and automation. This temporary mission will run until the end of the year in Lausanne. You will join a global environment, collaborating with international teams, and contribute to the deployment of a next-generation observability platform.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Splunk (Enterprise & ITSI) clusters, manage forwarders, optimize performance.

Migrate from legacy monitoring tools to Splunk, guiding teams in dashboard creation and metric setup.

Automate daily tasks using Ansible (or similar scripting tools).

Collaborate with Dev and Prod teams across multiple locations.

Your Profile

2+ years as a Splunk administrator (indexer/search head clusters, forwarder management, app development).

Experience with IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) or similar solutions is a plus.

Familiarity with Linux administration (Red Hat-based), Docker, Git (CI/CD), Ansible.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to train/coach on monitoring best practices.

Fluent in French and English.
