Audi Revolut F1 Team in Hinwil, Switzerland, is looking for a Specialist Quality Control – Composite to inspect and measure vehicle components made from composites throughout the production process. You will operate 3D measuring arms, scanners, and handheld tools to verify geometry against drawings.

You will develop measurement programs, document deviations, and support Production Engineering with metrology topics.

Formación

• Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with QA/metrology experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with 3D measuring arms and PolyWorks.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings (ISO GPS 8015).

Responsabilidades

• Inspect composite components and tooling throughout production using 3D measurement tools.
• Develop and run measurement programs; create inspection reports.
• Document deviations and non-conformities in the quality management system.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering and Design to ensure measurements are accurate.
