Audi Revolut F1 Team, based in Hinwil, Switzerland, is seeking a skilled composite trimming professional to join the manufacturing crew. You will trim high‑performing fibre composite parts for our F1 vehicles, ensure parts meet precise specifications, and work closely with teammates to optimize production processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires practical experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Basic technical education completed.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in composite trimming or related field, preferably in a F1 Team.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used in composite trimming operations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and think in three dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• 2-shift operation and standby duty.
• Excellent teamwork, resilient, proactive and capable initiator.
• English proficiency; German language skills are a plus.

We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team.

Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

• Trim composite materials according to specifications and work instructions.

• Carrying out work according to design plans and quality specifications.
• Assembling components as part of a team, bonding the parts and preparing them for use on the race track.

Your profile

• Completed basic technical education.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in composite trimming or related field, preferably in a F1 Team.
• Proficiency in using tools, and equipment commonly used in composite trimming operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions, a good capacity to think in three dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
• Flexible in terms of working hours, 2-shift operation and standby duty.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, resilient, proactive and capable initiator.
• Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage.
