Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate’s degree or 60 college credits OR passing paraprofessional assessment is required.
• Ability to read and follow directions; strong written and verbal communication; teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to implement IEP goals.
• Adapt activities and materials to support participation and address IEP goals.
• Collect data on student progress and document outcomes.
• Create visuals and aids to support communication and learning.
