Try&Hire is seeking a structural analyst in Zürich to perform static and dynamic analyses of satellite structures, integrating hand calculations with FE results. The role supports multi‑physics problems and test planning within a hybrid work model.

Requirements include a B.Sc./M.Sc. in aerospace or mechanical engineering, 3+ years in space structural analysis, and proficiency in Nastran, HyperWorks, Abaqus and NX, plus Python/VBA scripting and strong English communication.

Formación

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in structural analysis within the space industry.
• Proficiency in MSC Nastran, HyperWorks, Abaqus and NX.
• Solid experience in linear static and dynamic structural analysis.
• Experience programming or scripting for analysis automation (Python, VBA).
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform static strength and dynamic analysis with minimum supervision.
• Apply hand calculations for sizing and cross-check analysis results.
• Perform FE analysis for complex systems and multi‑physics problems.
• Define efficient modeling strategies for complex assemblies.
• Support test planning, load cases and evaluation of results.
• Participate in non‑conformance review boards and propose technical solutions.
• Prepare project‑specific technical documentation and reports.
