Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently graduated Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanics of materials, structural design or thermals.
• Proficiency in CAD, preferably SolidWorks, for parametric parts and assemblies.
• Interest in spacecraft design and space industry.

Aufgaben

• Design spacecraft structures and subcomponents to meet mission requirements.
• Create CAD models, drawings, and BOMs; assemble parts.
• Iterate design concepts for payload bay and related structures.
• Support assembly, integration, and testing of prototypes.
• Run simulations and prepare data for higher fidelity analyses.
• Prepare manufacturing packages and liaise with suppliers.
• Work in a small, fast-moving team and take ownership of tasks.
