DPhi Space Sarl is seeking motivated engineers to join its team in Vaud, Switzerland. You will design spacecraft structures, create CAD models with SolidWorks, and prototype and test hardware for space missions.

Role involves fast-paced development, ownership of tasks, and collaboration in a small team. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. 80–100% activity with a 3-month trial leading to permanent employment.

Qualifikationen

• Formal training in mechanical design (CFC/HS or equivalent).
• SolidWorks CAD modelling skills with parametric parts and assemblies.
• Hands-on hardware experience and ability to work in a fast-moving team.
• FEM/FEA tools familiarity (Ansys or similar) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design spacecraft structures and subcomponents to meet mission and payload requirements.
• CAD modelling, detailed design and drafting (machined parts, brackets, panels, assemblies) using SolidWorks.
• Rapid prototyping from concept to empirical validation.
• Assembly, integration and testing of prototypes, systems and subsystems.
• Prepare manufacturing packages (drawings, BOMs, machining notes) and interact with suppliers.
