Zusammenfassung

Bühler Group in Switzerland is seeking an experienced SAP solution architect to define end-to-end architectures for customer project processes across SAP PS & SD and related systems. You will design, implement, and oversee solutions, collaborating with Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated SAP landscapes.

This role blends architecture ownership with hands-on ABAP development, requiring 5+ years in SAP architecture and fluent business

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (HF, FH, university, or an internationally equivalent qualification)
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in SAP solution architecture, development, or a comparable technical SAP role; agile experience (Scrum, SAFe) a plus
• Deep expertise in SAP PS and/or SD is ideal, with a broader SAP knowledge across modules
• Fluent business-level English

Join our team and play a key role in shaping and implementing the end-to-end architecture for customer project processes across SAP PS & SD, and surrounding systems. Combining architectural responsibility with hands-on development, you will collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated, and future-ready solutions for our global organization.

This is where you'll excel

• You shape the SAP solution architecture for customer project management across SAP PS & SD and related custom solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and enterprise standards
• You design and specify technical solutions, either implementing them hands-on or guiding their delivery from concept to completion
• You partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, and agile teams to refine, deliver, and operate solutions across the entire product lifecycle
• You ensure seamless integration between SAP PS & SD, other SAP modules, and external systems to support efficient end-to-end business processes
• You provide expert 3rd-level support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests

These are the skills you'll need

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., HF, FH, university, or an internationally equivalent qualification)
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in SAP solution architecture, development, or a comparable technical SAP role; agile experience (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus
• Deep expertise in SAP PS and/or SD is ideal. What matters most is a strong architectural mindset across SAP modules, so candidates with deep expertise in another area such as FI/CO who bring broad SAP knowledge and a track record of designing integrated solutions are equally encouraged to apply
• Strong hands-on expertise in ABAP and ABAP OO development, including custom programs, enhancements, BAPIs, and BADIs; BTP, OData, and CDS experience is a plus
• Proven ability to take ownership, proactively drive initiatives and solutions, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams, combined with fluent business-level English
