Bühler Gruppe is seeking a Learning & Development leader to shape our global learning strategy and embed lifelong learning across our organisation. You will develop capabilities that align with business priorities and translate strategic ideas into practical solutions that drive measurable impact.

You will collaborate with the Learning Community, HR, and key stakeholders worldwide to advance capability development and learning excellence, supporting both employee growth and business performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Learning & Development within an international matrix organisation.
• Project and programme management experience with translating priorities into scalable learning solutions.
• Confident stakeholder management, engaging senior leaders and guiding without formal authority.
• Understanding of modern learning approaches including digital learning and AI-enabled solutions.
• Leadership and change management to lead distributed teams and embed learning in leadership practices.

In this role, you will shape how learning is understood, designed, and embedded across our global organisation. In this role, you will further develop our lifelong learning strategy, align learning initiatives with business priorities, and translate strategic ideas into practical solutions that create measurable impact. Working closely with the global Learning Community and key stakeholders worldwide, you will ensure that capability development, skills management, and learning excellence support both employee growth and business performance. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will bring structure, focus, and fresh thinking to an evolving learning landscape, while influencing stakeholders in a complex matrix environment without relying on formal authority. As a credible sparring partner, you will challenge constructively, build alignment, and help turn learning into a practical and strategic lever for the organisation.

These are the skills you'll need

• Solid experience in Learning & Development within an international matrix organisation, with a proven ability to design and evolve learning strategies, learning offerings, and skills-based development approaches
• Strong project and programme management experience, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into practical, scalable learning solutions and measurable outcomes
• Confident stakeholder management skills, including the gravitas to engage senior leaders, challenge constructively, and influence without formal authority
• Solid understanding of modern learning approaches, including digital learning, AI-enabled solutions, future skills, and current L&D market trends, with the ability to apply them pragmatically
• Leadership, change management, and transformation experience, including the ability to guide small, distributed teams and embed learning into everyday work and leadership practices
