The Professional Services department is responsible for the post-sales experience of the FNZ/Appway customers. Through the Professional Services we ensure successful adoption and value realization through the best possible use of the FNZ/Appway solutions, platform, and business components. We provide delivery services with implementation and consultancy expertise. We strive to make the customer journey a success by creating value and maximizing the adoption of the FNZ/Appway products.

FNZ/Appway Solution Architects are quintessential members of our Professional Services team; engaging with our customers to tailor the FNZ/Appway workflow solutions to their specific needs and integrate it into their IT landscape. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the digital transformation of our clients, contribute to the platform modelling, translate the business requirements into efficient solutions and support the delivery of high-quality FNZ/Appway solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support the technical adoption of FNZ/Appway workflow solutions and components that fulfill customers’ needs, leading their configuration and customization.
2. Analyze customers' organizational structures and business processes; investigate their architectural needs and explore existing legacy solutions.
3. Identify the best combination of FNZ/Appway existing solutions and components that cover customers’ needs. Design the target solution identifying gaps to be covered with customizations.
4. Lead the implementation/configuration of existing FNZ/Appway solutions.
5. Design and implement integrations with third party systems.
6. Take responsibility for the quality of solutions: performances, stability, and upgradeability.
7. Drive, coach and manage small teams of developers, enforcing adoption of best practices.
8. Actively engage with the Account Executives to develop opportunities.
9. Collaborate with FNZ/Appway Product Team to help the evolution of the product. Provide feedback to the FNZ/Appway Product team on business adoption and value realization of the implemented business processes.

Requirements:

1. BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Informatics or information systems or technology.
2. 3+ years as Developer/Technical Consultant/Architect or an equivalent position (FSI Industry and TOGAF certifications would be an advantage).
3. Demonstrable proficiency in one core programming language (e.g., Java, C#).
4. Experience with web services and databases such as, but not limited to: REST, SOAP, Oracle, MS/SQL.
5. Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
6. Good understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML 5, CSS, Ajax, XML).
7. Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals: Object-oriented programming, design patterns, UML and algorithms.
8. Good understanding of UI/UX concepts and methodologies.
9. You are willing to work in direct contact with customers (onsite upon agreement).
10. Business fluency in English (must) and at least one of the following: Italian, French and German.
11. Knowledge and experience of Project Management is a plus.
