We’re currently partnering with a leading client in Zürich to find a talented and experienced Software Engineer (m/w/d) to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of meaningful technical challenges and contribute independently to a well-established project. You’ll work on end-to-end tasks with minimal supervision, helping to shape the technical direction while collaborating with a supportive team.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver UX improvements across Web and Mobile apps. Contribute to the Standard Components Library, including documentation.
- Fix accessibility issues. Work on user requests and UX excellence tasks. Collaborate closely with teammates, other teams owning the UI, UX counterparts. Consider code health and maintainability over time.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, code accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
What we’re looking for:
- 4 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of full stack software development.
- 2 years of Web development experience or 2 years of Mobile App development.
- Experience with front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript).
- Proficiency in debugging, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Proficiency in writing healthy, maintainable code (e.g., testing).
- Fluent in English.
Additional skills required include:
- Proficiency in Test engineering (Integration and Unit testing).
- Proficiency in Programming.
- Developing proficiency in Architecture knowledge.
- Proficiency in Code and system health.
- Proficiency in Code comprehension.
