Our systems must support:

• 500,000 transactions/month
• 250 requests/minute

We are looking for a

Software Engineer (m/f/d)

As a software engineer, you will encounter exciting technical challenges in a dynamic and informal atmosphere. You will participate in defining and implementing new functional and non-functional requirements, from analysis to testing. You will contribute to our mission of being a company that scales sustainably.

In particular, you will

• Design and implement software products using agile methodologies
• Collaborate in the transformation of our legacy systems and architecture to enable scalability
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to enhance the quality and performance of our products
• Streamline the existing software architecture to minimize complexity and maintenance expenses
• Tackle challenging issues that demand innovative problem-solving skills
• Monitor production systems to identify optimization opportunities

We are looking for

• Dedication to writing clean code and maintaining simple architecture for long-term code quality and sustainability
• Strong critical thinking skills to challenge existing norms and propose innovative solutions
• Proficiency in object-oriented and/or functional programming paradigms
• Experience applying agile principles and practices, including TDD, simple design, and design patterns
• Proficient in SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL)
• Knowledge of GNU/Linux environment (e.g., bash scripting)
• Fluency in English

• Expertise in the Java stack, especially within the Spring ecosystem
