Job summary

Avaloq, headquartered in Switzerland, is seeking a Software Engineer to join the CRM, CLM & Compliance team. You will work across the full development lifecycle in an agile environment, collaborating with analysts and developers to deliver new features.

Hybrid work model and global client base offer challenging projects and opportunities to grow in a leading wealth-management platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL.
Strong understanding of database systems and SQL.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth
Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks and sprints
