As a Software Consultant at Zucchetti Switzerland SA you will be responsible for ensuring implementation and optimization of software solutions, aligning them with customer needs while providing expert training.

Workplace will be our office in Mendrisio (CH).

Your Responsibilities

• Installation and Configuration: Manage the accurate installation, configuration, and testing of software solutions at client sites
• Business Analysis: Identify areas for improvement within client processes and align software functionalities with business needs
• Solution Optimization: Propose and implement enhancements to maximize the utilization of the Dealer Management System (DMS), improving overall business performance
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to customize software functionalities, ensuring that they meet specific business objectives
• Training: Conduct both remote and on-site training sessions, ensuring clients understand how to use the software effectively
• Post-Implementation Monitoring: Track and monitor software performance after implementation to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
  
  

Anforderungsprofil

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Consultant or in a similar role
• Deep understanding of business processes, especially in the automotive sector, to enhance software alignment
• Skilled in identifying challenges and providing tailored software solutions that improve operational outcomes
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term satisfaction
• Attitude for analyzing complex software and business issues, offering practical and innovative solutions
• Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration
• Being flexible and adaptable to various client environments and requirements, particularly during on-site implementations
• Ability to approach complex issues with creativity and resourcefulness, leveraging critical thinking skills to identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Skilled in delivering comprehensive training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in the use of new software systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Professional knowledge of both oral and written German and Italian (C1 or C2 level)
• Willingness to travel frequently for client visits (70%)
