Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking an on-site storage site reliability engineer to design, build, and operate resilient on-premise storage infrastructure for production services in Geneva. You will develop deployment automation, improve monitoring, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability.

You will collaborate with product and security teams on privacy and data protection, document back-end capabilities, and contribute to scaling across data centers while enjoying an office-first

Qualifications

• Experience building complex production systems.
• Operational experience diagnosing and troubleshooting complex problems in critical systems.
• Experience with software development.
• Solid understanding of security best practices.
• High-level understanding of cryptography concepts.

You will join a storage site reliability engineering team, building and operating resilient on-premise storage infrastructure for critical production services.

Your tasks

• Design, build, and operate resilient storage infrastructure for critical production services
• Develop automation tools for deployment, configuration management, and reliability
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response for high availability
• Optimize and scale infrastructure across multiple data centers
• Collaborate with product and security teams on privacy and data protection practices
• Document back-end capabilities and share knowledge within the team

What you bring
