Zusammenfassung

INP Schweiz AG is seeking an experienced Site Manager to act as the primary on-site interface for customers, authorities, subcontractors, and site personnel in all technical and administrative matters in Wildegg, Switzerland. You will lead construction teams, ensure smooth site operations, monitor performance against cost, schedule, and quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Fluency in English is required, German is advantageous, and the role offers diverse

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of site management experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation and commissioning of electrical equipment (MV/LV, GIS).
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.

How you can help us

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in site management
• Strong technical knowledge in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, including MV/LV switchgear, transformers and gas-insulated switchgear (GIS)
• Familiarity with F-gas regulations and applicable safety standards for handling pressurised hazardous substances is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills with experience in coordinating multiple teams and understanding project scopes and requirements
• Fluent English required, German is an advantage
