INP Schweiz AG is seeking a Site Engineer for Data Center projects across Europe. You will act as the main on-site interface between customers, authorities, subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring smooth operations and timely project execution.

Responsibilities include leading the on-site team, coordinating commissioning activities for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and preparing commissioning documentation and test scripts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Data Center experience required (2+ years).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Lead, coordinate and support commissioning activities for Data Center electrical systems and equipment.
• Prepare commissioning documentation and test scripts.

Tasks

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field with at least two years of experience in Data Centers
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment e.g.: Trafos, MV/LV switchgear, Diesel Generators, BESS, UPS, etc.
• Strong organisational skills with experience in coordinating team(s) and understanding project scopes and requirements
• Willingness to work within Europe on challenging Data Center projects
• Fluent English required (German is an advantage)
• Valid work permit in EU
