INP Schweiz AG is seeking an on-site leader for GIS installation across sub-transmission and transmission networks. You will oversee installation, maintenance and repair activities, ensuring quality through inspections and test protocols while coordinating a diverse on-site workforce across Europe.

The role requires an electrical or mechanical education with 3+ years in GIS installation, plus willingness to travel up to 80% and willingness to work in multicultural settings.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical or mechanical education with at least 3 years of experience in GIS installation and commissioning.
• Practical experience with SF6 gas handling and DILO systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel (up to 80% across Europe) and openness to multicultural working environments.
• Good physical condition to work at heights.
• Flexible and resilient team player with leadership experience.
• Confident command of English; German is an advantage.
• Valid work permit for Europe is required.
