Mibelle Group, Mibelle AG is seeking an experienced IT/OT Leader to direct the local IT/OT team at our Buchs site in Switzerland. The role focuses on stable, secure operations of infrastructure and business-critical applications, while aligning with Corporate IT standards.

You will drive digital transformation across IT/OT, manage projects with a hands-on yet strategic mindset, and collaborate with global IT teams in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven IT management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary IT/OT teams.
• Strong track record in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear business language.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, OT environments, and business-critical applications.
• Acting as the main interface between the site and Corporate IT, ensuring alignment with global standards.

• Managing IT services, projects, and priorities while ensuring operational continuity.
• Building strong relationships with local stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Managing external suppliers and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and service levels.
• Leading incident management and resolving complex production-critical issues.
