Mibelle Group is seeking a Site IT Manager (IT/OT) to lead the local IT/OT strategy and operations at the Buchs site, combining hands‑on execution with strategic oversight to ensure secure, reliable IT and OT services that support manufacturing.

You will lead the local IT/OT team, manage infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, and act as the interface to Corporate IT while driving digital transformation and alignment with global standards.

As Site IT Manager (IT/OT), you act as the local technology leader and trusted business partner, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution. The role ensures secure, reliable, and business‑oriented IT and Operational Technology (OT) services, while driving digital transformation and aligning local operations with corporate IT strategy.

Your tasks:

• Leading and developing the local IT/OT team, fostering accountability and high performance
• Ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, OT environments, and business‑critical applications
• Acting as the main interface between the site and Corporate IT, ensuring alignment with global standards
• Driving digital transformation, modernization, and IT/OT convergence initiatives
• Managing IT services, projects, and priorities while ensuring operational continuity
• Building strong relationships with local stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Ensuring compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements
• Managing external suppliers and service providers to ensure high‑quality delivery and service levels
• Leading incident management and resolving complex production‑critical issues

Your profile:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience leading multidisciplinary IT/OT teams
• Strong track record in delivering infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities, especially under pressure
• Hands‑on mindset combined with strategic thinking
• Fluent in German and English
