The intern will support the development of an innovative test setup for reliability investigations of SiC MOSFETs and monitor a real-time aging system.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master’s degree in electronics, materials, or physics, with experience in electrical measurements and LabVIEW; Python, C, or Matlab are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field with official enrolment.
• Experience with semiconductor physics or power devices is a plus.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, Python, C or Matlab is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct measurement campaigns and data analysis using up-to-date models.
• Propose sensor array prototypes and automated data collection solutions.
• Optimize a half-bridge converter for long-term dynamic testing of SiC MOSFETs.
• Upgrade test electronics and data acquisition software for high-precision measurements.
• Document and communicate findings to team and collaborators.
