Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy Semiconductors in Lenzburg, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior R&D Test Engineer to advance the development and qualification of SiC and Si semiconductor technologies for power modules.

You will work at the interface of R&D, product engineering, and testing, planning and executing electrical/reliability tests, analyzing data, and reporting findings to stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the semiconductor, power electronics, or related industry, ideally within electrical testing, validation, or reliability engineering.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, particularly SiC and/or Si technologies.
• Experience with test systems, measurement equipment, and data analysis methodologies.
• Programming or automation skills are highly desirable, preferably in Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools.
• Experience with statistical data analysis and engineering software tools; CAD knowledge is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage

Your background
