You will troubleshoot complex systems, coordinate preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and collaborate with engineering, R&D and operations to meet production goals, while maintaining safety and documentation in MES systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of equipment maintenance experience in semiconductor or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of plasma tools (AMAT, LAM systems).
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and optimize wet chemical and plasma etch equipment for high availability.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems with OEM partners.
• Plan preventive maintenance to improve tool performance.
• Manage spare parts and assist with upgrades and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and operations to support production goals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and MES data tracking.
• Identify improvements in tools, processes, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote safety.
